G1 Final Exam Scope, Spring 2026

 

Dear parents, 

 

Exams will be held on:

 

Listening Exam – Wednesday, 10^th June, 2026

Oral Exam – Thursday and Friday, 11^th and 12^th June 2026

Written Exam – Wednesday, 17^th June 2026

 

The exams may cover the following: 

LISTENING EXAM:

Communication book vocabulary from weeks 12-17

 

ORAL EXAM:    

Students will read a short passage combined from the various decodable stories. Students will answer five questions and should answer in simple sentences.

 

WRITTEN EXAM: 

Vocabulary Comprehension:  Vocabulary words from weeks 12-17

Phonics:

Vowel digraph aw/al/a

Split vowel digraph a_e, e_e, i_e, o_e, u_e

Contractions

Digraphs wh, ch, ph, tch

 

 

Story comprehension:

Bigger Shoes for the Big Race (MyView 1.2)
